I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a deep passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping others live healthier lives. My journey into nutrition began during my third year of college when I participated in an internship in Kenya. There, I worked alongside a team dedicated to educating local communities about health, hygiene, nutrition, and agriculture. That experience was life-changing and ignited my curiosity about the powerful role food and nutrition play in overall health and well-being.

During that same period, I also developed a passion for fitness and exercise. I quickly realized that nutrition and physical activity work hand in hand to support optimal health. What started as an interest soon became a lifestyle. Through education, personal experience, and continuous learning, I have made both nutrition and fitness central to my life. They are not simply professions for me—they are daily practices that guide how I live and how I help others.

I strongly believe in the philosophy of “Eat Clean, Train Dirty.” To me, this means that with proper nutrition, consistent physical activity, and dedication, anyone can achieve their health and fitness goals while creating a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle. My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to make healthier choices, stay motivated, and embrace the journey toward wellness.

Motivated to expand my expertise, I pursued graduate studies and earned a Master of Science in Nutrition for Human Performance from Lasell University. I then completed my Dietetic Internship through Sodexo Dietetic Internships at HCA Houston Healthcare facilities in Webster and Pasadena, Texas.

During my internship, I gained extensive clinical experience working with critically ill patients in intensive care units and providing medical nutrition therapy for individuals with a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, HIV/AIDS, cancer, liver / pancreatic disease, kidney disease, and pulmonary disorders.

As a Registered Dietitian, I have worked across multiple levels of care, including inpatient clinical nutrition, community, geriatric nutrition, and behavioral health nutrition.

At Body Sculpt and Nutrition Consulting, LLC, I provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition Counseling, and Fitness Consulting, to help individuals achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Whether clients are managing chronic health conditions, seeking weight management support, improving athletic performance, or simply striving to develop healthier habits, I am committed to providing evidence-based guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Helping people improve their health and transform their lives is what inspires me every day. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my passion for nutrition and fitness with my dedication to serving others, and I look forward to continuing to guide individuals toward healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling lives.
